Terms of Service

These terms apply to KESTUDIO video production services. The terms of each specific project are agreed individually and confirmed in writing or by contract.
Ordering process
A project starts once the proposal is approved: scope, timeline, budget and delivery formats.
Significant changes after approval may affect the timeline and the price.
Payment
A 30–50% deposit is usually paid before production, with the remaining amount due before the final files are delivered.
Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice.
Timelines and revisions
Two rounds of revisions (edit notes) are included in the price. Additional revisions are charged separately.
Timelines are counted from the day all required materials and information are received.
Copyright and usage
The client receives the right to use the final work on the agreed channels. The studio retains the right to show the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
The client is responsible for the rights to any music, photographs and other content they provide.
Cancellation and liability
If a project is cancelled, completed work and incurred costs are payable.
In force majeure cases (weather, illness) the production date is rescheduled by mutual agreement.
